Well the strike has officially ended!  Now I only can hope the writers will fix the mess they have made.  They need to work Mer/and Derek through both their issues.  They need to remove Rose from the mix.  Derek needs to work through his issues for once alone.
I can say I'm looking forward to the next eppy but I'm also a little nervous to see what is too come next...

Thoughts???
